Thank you for downloading and installing our new app. Here is some information about how to get started, as well as the small improvements that this update contains.

How do I log in?

Easily access your account by logging in

with your mobile number and password, or choose the convenience

of a quick and secure login through OTP or biometric options like

fingerprint or face scan.

Effortlessly find the parking you need with the "Filter" feature in "My Parkings." Select your desired parking type and review completed parking sessions with ease.

We have replaced the option My vehilces with ‘Vehicles’
Introduced new feature ‘Other permits’

Make your saved vehicles stand out by giving them custom nicknames. Just enter a nickname when saving a vehicle, and you'll easily recognize it in the system. It's that simple!

What is Other permit?

After registering and associating with a designated location as a resident,

you can issue permanent permits using either the DP Mobile backend system

or the mobile application. These permits stay valid indefinitely until you chooseto delete them.

How to issue Other permit?

Go to Other permits in menu
Select the parking area you were registered with.
Tap on book button,
Fill in the vehicle number or select vehicle from my favourites for which you want to issue the Other permit.
You will see the from time, then click on continue button
Next, you'll find all the details in the pop-up. Double-check and simply tap on the 'Confirm' button.
There you go! You have issued a Other permit.
